What will you do if you miss out on grad law? Have you applied for grad law programs at ANU etc as well as Sydney?
Applied at USYD, UNSW and UTS. I'll do Honours in CLAW if I don't get in.

I posted this in a thread in the transfers forum, but it seems to be dead.. So ill just post it here as well!:

So Im trying to transfer from B Social Science at USYD to either:

1. B Int and Global Studies USYD
2. B Eco and Social Science USYD

My average from this year is about 70, and I got a 86.2something UAI in 07.

How are my chances of getting into either degree?

I transferred into a course that was about 4 points above my UAI with a credit average (WAM was about 67).

What is the current UAI?

I transferred into a course with a UAI about 10 points above my HSC UAI.

For Int and global studies the uai score will probably be around 93ish, for eco and social science it was around 91, but Ive heard of people getting into that course with only a uai of about 88

Hopefully my chances will be good

doesn't have much to do with UAI cutoffs when you transfer

I guess, although I've noticed with alot of friends, the Wii has lost it's novelty factor and is now just sitting in the corner.

So, what have people been up to so far in the new year? Me, nothing much, went and got a haircut the other day, had a facial yesterday with a girlfriend...just relaxing pretty much.

do you get to sleep or what...?

@ silver persian: congrats, where are you working now? Bakers Delight yeah?
Yeh, I work 6-6 normally, sometimes more, sometimes get to knock off at 5:20ish when its quiet like now. Then I do about 1-2 hours of work a night when I go back to my room.

Gotta love waking up at 4:45. Generally means 9pm bedtime otherwise I fall asleep at my desk.
