It really depends on the question. for part one look at the sources and extract main ideas. If its on objectivity, first paragraph should explore that but since there can be a discussion and you need your own view, disagree with objectivity, and then move to post modern thinking... etc
if its on say technology, good vs bad... what does this imply for historical field. I'd look at History Extension stage 6 standards materials on NESA's website for help.
