Hey,

Does anyone know some good exercises to include for an extended response if they asked to explain the difference between aerobic, flexibility and strength exercises?

Routine of exercises :-
Biceps curl

Treadmill (High Resistance Applied)

Exercises for Flexibility

Sit and reach
Standing Soleus Calf Stretch (Using a step)
Side Lying Quadricep Stretch

for strength i think you should leave out treadmill and exercise bike, no real need for them
also for aerobic i would describe what type of fartlek and interval training .eg for fartlek sprint 60 m jog back to the strat, do this 5 times.
and exercises for flexibility is any stretch but you should give example os static, balistic, pnf and range of motion.
