Hey,
I want to study civil engineering, however during school i only did 2u maths (got 90) and as such obviously don't have the assumed knowledge for MATH1131. So my question is, do i go straight to civil at unsw in 2013, or do a bachelor of science with MATH1011 and PHYS1111 (only got mid 70s anyway, so might not be a bad move) and then 1131 and 1121 in semester 2, 2013 and then transfer to civil at unsw.

Thanks.

do straight civil, you might do shit and not be able to transfer

band 6 in 2u maths should be enough for MATH1131

and HSC physics is utterly useless for PHYS1121/1131 so just do straight civil and do the normal subjects

Case in point: Jamesfirst.
