texbook for stat170 is optional. Its called 'Modern Statistics' i think. To me it was useless..didnt touch one page of it..the lecture notes were more than enough!

yeah sucked ass. it was mainly my fault i think, i didnt want to wait in the large queue, so waited a few weeks till it died down. or i had no money at the time, or a combination of the two.

I think this year doe we should get one of us to stand in line whoever has a discount card and give our textbook list to them and get them to buy all of our books!

hehe ive already got most of mine. for some reason the 342 text is undecided, but i already have a copy of last semesters version, hope they dont change it :/
