Umm that's not an impersonation... Its Kurt. Nirvana did this on Top of the Pops as a backlash to Top of the Pops' rule that instruments must not be played live - just on the backing track. Kurt sings the words wrong and in the stupid voice to spite them, notice how stupidly they're playing their instruments and how they're not even playing them half the time as well.
