Hey how much sleep does everybody get during the HSC? Have ur slleping patterns changed over the past months, and during the trials?

I used to go to bed around 10:30 before i was hit with all of my assessments and trials.......now i find myself going to bed around 12 ish.

i just make sure i go to bed no later than 11, 10 is cool, it hasn't changed from before

I've been going to bed at the same time everynight but every morning I wake up later and later...this morning it was 10:30. It's quite disturbing.

Yeah my sleep patters hasn't changed, I can't work after about 9 anyway, so Im usually in bed by 9:30 and then usually watch the 10:30 news (but with the sleep timer on so if I fall asleep it will just turn off). Usually get up around 7:30-8 at the moment (its sooo good not having to get up early to catch a damn train!!)

i cant say the same for me, been going to bed 12-1:30 ish....which is bad cos i wake up really late; but i find that i work better at night and ammore awake

i make sure i get up early.. cuz otherwise i get NO work done.
It helps me to get a decent sleep.

Just last night (well, this morning) I just konked out on my table :p

Wasn't very nice, cos i feel like shit :(

been sleeping late lately...in bed by midnite but i know i dont fall asleep till about 1am

finally wake up around 11am....and get absolutely unproductive during the afternoon...

ill fail by procrastination GAHHH

I generally manage to get about 7 hours sleep a night, although I've had problems not with waking up, but the actual rousing myself out of bed. Can be quite difficult with this cold weather.

I'm an insomniac, I don't sleep much. But i've been meaning to get some work done without the comp as a distraction...but the TV is just as bad.

i've come to the discovery that the later i sleep the earlier i wake up and the less tired i am (weird concept, i'm not too sure how it works) so bed varies depending on how early i want to wake up the next morning, but generally between 10 and 12, waking up between 6 and 7.30

ive been going to sleep 2-3 lately. not very good since i wake up at 1 and dont get any work done. im hoping to change the pattern so i dont fall asleep during an exam or something.

7am: wake up
10:30am: get up
10:30am - 11:30pm: blur
11:30pm: Oh shit, I bludged the whole day, better study
2:00am: sleep

this is 100% true

Currently I'm sleeping from 4am-midday. That's going to have to change or else I'll sleep through some of my HSC exams! But midnight - 4am is the only time I actually manage to get work done, with the exception of tonight when I have wasted 4 hours on doing nothing.

Oh well, bed-time in 1/2 an hour! :)
