I have a very strong mathematical background. Coming 1st in my grade in maths...
So, will it be essential to get a tutor, given that I already do Maths and English tutoring?

Or should I make a head start instead by using the textbook instead??? :confused2:

Well get a tutor if you want to, but if it was me I definitely wouldn't want to be spending all my time doing tutoring... if you feel that you can just study on your own, go for it!

But maybe just see how you go next year in class, and get a tutor if you're struggling or not coming first or something. It's really your choice I guess.

Hey!
If you ever do decide to get physics tutoring you can check me out :)

I'm highly affordable and guarantee you high quality tuition!

As for answering your question, HSC physics is not too mathematically based although it does help a lot if you are mathematically strong. When you go physics tutoring, what you should be gaining is not only knowledge but also techniques on how to write answers that will save you time and get you full marks in an exam.

I would say tuition in yr11 is optional but a MUST in year 12 if you are aiming high :)
