i wonder if there is a historical correlation between
the number of groups who are deemed 'terrorists' and authoritarianism etc

then again i guess authoritarianism forces opposition groups ot adopt more violent techniques idk


dont like an opposition group? outlaw them

Yes, assassination should be a legitimate foreign policy tool but only as a last resort. If all measures of diplomatic attempts fail then it should come to this.. however if this is legitimised, I am sure that authorities will use this so often because it's easier and simpler than negotiations.
