in hsc 2002 they had a law reform question and i am trying to do it now...when talking about the law reform commission how can we relate to shelter? thanks for your time :)

lol i hav no idea about that one... for law reform for shelter i basically talk about
- legislation: Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2004 (NSW) no. 26
- courts: various cases
- changing social values: mainly how like decades ago white australia didnt care about aboriginies at all.. now they are providing homes for them, particularly the Aboriginal Housing Act (Cth)

i guess the only thing i can think of for law reform commission.... is that like an NGO? The only other thing i can think of is the UCCC code of confuct being changed in regards to insurance (as of July 1st 2001, all insurance companies have to hav a comparison rate on their policies, to show how fair they are)

apart from that?
