for 19 (C) can't be right because if the total car market and their market share didn't change then sales would have stayed the same. The answer is D (Country C) because they only lost 2 million in sales but lost 4% of the market share meaning that obviously their market share decreased but because the sales didn't decrease as much as it shoul have it's assumed that the total market increased.

And I through question 4 was B but that was a pretty vague question =s
I put country A, as both market for cars increased (10 --> 12 million) and market share increased (10 --> 12%)

Nope. Their market share INCREASED from 10%->12%, BUT the total market was CONSTANT as it went from 10% MS (10M) to 12% MS (12M). It was 2% market share increase for 2M sales increase, meaning the total market stayed 100M in 2010 and 2011. Answer is D.

1.D 2.C 3.A 4.B 5.C 6.D 7.A 8.C 9.B 10.C 11.C 12.B 13.D 14.C 15.C 16.A 17.A 18.D 19.D 20.B

I thought 6 was selling because they produce it before ding market research. It never mentions any sort of market research or consumer needs in the question which is why I didn't think it was marketing (B)

why did people choose D for 15? How do you think it refers to demographics, I'm intrigued

Exactly, thats how i interpreted it, (im assuming you put C) i thought demographics was about age, sex, weight, height ect and an office worker can be any gender and any age from around 19 to 70, so thats how i ruled out demographics.

lol I thought a typical office worker would be middle aged, dresses professionally ( so they are health conscious) something like that.

We all agree that one of the segments is 'psychographic'.
Yer that's my exact thought process. The text book defines demographic as; age, gender, marital status, income, education, cultural background, religion.
Behavioural is; depending partly on psychographic factors but focusing on a customer's actual buying activities (purpose of purchase and perceived benefits from the purchase)

Just sayin'

how is 4 B? wouldn't you have to design a product before you know what materials you would need to make it

But it asks for the minimum number of days, not the longest
Exactly, by taking the maximum number of days, you get the shortest possible time, because all the tasks must be completed.

all tasks need to be complete for the project to be finished so you had to pick the longest time.(time for the project to finish)
