/120 ? i'd say that's around 70-80.

Depends on the difficulty of the test, I'd say it would be around 80-85

Hmm i dont really care about scaling my aim is to get in the 90% on the 4unit paper i dont care if i get scaled up or down.. il b happy if on the paper i get 90% and so goes with 3unit :)

im confused about scaling coz i know a 90/120 would scale to around 90 but... can some1 tell me what happens when you get your final hsc mark for 4unit maths? e.g. if some1 gets 90 for visual arts and 90 for 4unit maths does 4unit boost the UAI more than VA?

hell yes, as well as your raw 4unit marks getting scaled, your aligned mark gets further scaled by the UAC to count towards your UAI. try putting a mark into SAM. i put 84, it got scaled to almost 91

sam is a crap estimater and tommy who really cares about scaling i care about earning the full marks.. ill be happy if i got scaled up but ill be sad at the same time finding out my mark was below 70 :-(

Ok haider, 90% in 4unit kgo. With your trial and error ways, you should get it.
