hey people,
i am intrested in becoming a real estate agent, and was intrested in the what the steps and qualification required are to become sussesful agent, and what i will have to do to undertake these and who provides these and will gaining a traineeship in the process will be rqiured , stories of people becoming a agent would be greatly appriciated and what they have acheived

From memory, it is a cert IV level course... you can do it via OTEN (TAFE by distance). Look at Real Estate Institute of Australia www.reiaustralia.com.au or of NSW www.reinsw.com.au ...also maybe Dept of Fair Trading as I think they are the ones that hand out the licences.
