Raw mark for band 6 (1 Viewer)

Hey - does anyone know what the raw mark for a band six is in modern? Around 85ish? Thanks

yeah going off performance bands for each section....21 gets you into the top....so 84 should scrap a band 6? and i dont think it varies much in terms of the test being difficult so it scales better cos its a humanities subject..so it SHOULD be around 84

If I get a similar mark to my trial (96%), what sort of aligned mark can I hope for?

yeah should do...probs a 94-95. I can't see many people gettig a raw mark of 94+, or is that just me?
Ah that's good. I dunno lol, i guess you just haven't come across hardcore modern nerds? XD

i say it would be very hard to only drop 4 to 6 marks in the whole paper.
then again i know people that know far too much about WW1 and Nazi's.

yeah but then again for ww1...knowledge can only get you a maximum of 5 marks. well thats what dennett said when he came to our school for a lecture. but then again id take 5 marks haha

High band five, I'm guessing 80 to 85. Low band 5 I'm guessing 75 - 80?? Just a guess mind you!

Yeah I went to one of his lectures and he said that. It made me feel a lot more confident about section 1 of the paper, haha.
