The one with the 10 people, 7 draws...

Part 3, did anyone else get 30 as the number of draws required so that the probability of getting exactly 3 is higher than getting exactly 2 in 20 draws?

n > 29 means that you need more than 29 draws before the chance of exactly 3 is greater than exactly 2, so the next draw would be 30

I'm not sure whether you would get full marks for n > 29, since you aren't saying exactly how many draws are needed.

thats coz ur stoopid woody...pah! how unlucky m i having 2 sit behind u 4 exams??? :p

but, back on topic...
i got n=30 too, but i so wasn't sure it was right - im sooo relieved!!!
about the n>29 thing...how much was it out of? i cant remember (and i dont want 2 go look coz i never want 2 look at it again!). i'd assume you'd get something for it, but didnt the question ask for the first value of n - id think they want the exact answer, but hey, who knows? ur answer is still 'right' in that sense.
