I know this is kinda late but im wondering if anyone knows how to work out the answer to Question 19 of the 2002 HSC paper? heres the link

All the optimum arousal things on this q look the same to me... maybe im reading it wrong.. If someone knows pleeeease post!! TA

my answer is B, reason the concentration level and motor muscules used (large/fine)

thinking how to explain it better... am i right anyway???

To achieve optimal performance, Arousal level needs to be higher for gross motor skills than fine motor skills.

That graph just confused me.. I thought maybe they could have made it easier to read thats all...
