The interval PQ has length p, and the point A lies between the points P and Q. Find PA
when PQ × QA = PA^2

Let the length PA = x. Therefore QA = p-x.
If you sub in all your values, you get a quadratic equation in x with p as a constant. The use quadratic equation.
