Please put forward any helpful suggestions:

Let the points A1, A2,... An represent the nth roots of unity, w1, w2,...wn and suppose P represents any complex no. z such that modz=1.

Show that PAi^2 = (z-wi)[conjugate(z)-conjugate(wi)]

We know that w1, w2,...wn = 0

hey this should give the answer away. PA = |z - w|. you should be able to figure the rest out with complex no. relationships.

Hmm yes, I didn't understand that step-too stressed. But now I realize what the question is trying to say. Thanks. Nonetheless tis altogether a tricky question.
