when answering an essay on the government's policies to reduce inflation, what do ppl usually talk about? i usually start off with why inflation is bad, then i go into monetary policy, micro , the usual trade off with unemployment, and macro policy....is this about all?

i've always gone and talked about what inflation is, the impacts of inflation, possable impacts of high or low in inflation on an economy, then talked about hte methods of controling inflation. talking mostly about MP, but also meation F.P and price and incomes as they can be used, but say why they aren't. this last section is also where most of the analysing occurs with changes to policy and their likely impacts explained

yeah and be sure to talk about the trends and how inflation has maintained between the RBA's range of 2-3%, and how the use of policies has maintained that.
