i can't believe anyone ever disputed 17. it is a simple maths question. there are no grounds for any of the 3 incorrect answers...

A is not definately wrong because there's a different between equity and debt, and A refers to net foreign debt, not net foreign liabilities...

but anyway B is definately right, and you're supposed to choose the most correct answer, so B it is.

so happy to get 18/20...i actually found the mc quite difficult and am pleasantly surprised....but annoyed at 2 v.stupid mistakes on questions4 and 14, which i knew how to do...grr...oh wellz
