I don't know if anyone else has started a thread for this (had a look n couldnt see one) but i thought'd be gud to have a thread to post everyone's preliminary results, and whether they were happy with their marks.

Mine are:
Math 2 unit = 86/100 = 86%
Math 3 unit = 49/84 = 58%
Eng Adv (2nd section, dunno 1st) = 15/20 = 75%
Physics = 49.5/75 = 66%
Economics = 115/130 = 88%
Business Studies = 68/80 = 85%
Ancient His = Dunno
English Ext = Dunno, but crap

overall i thought i did awesome (marks aren't that flash but the ranks were all relatively good). So gud luck to everyone now gettin their results or doing their exams or wateva, cheers.

Good marks, but raw marks mean nothing if we compare them.

Got Geography and 2U Maths tomorrow, haven't started studying for Geo, done heaps for Maths though

Don't care though, cause Geo is 15% and Maths is 50%

Geo Prelim content doesn't relate to HSC course anyway

Had a bad feeling about all my prelims except for Maths Results coming out soon, and I feel screwed :/

HAven't had exams but assessments so far
English - 14/20 = 70% mid range rank
Maths 2 unit - 80% high 30% of grade
Maths 3 unit - 82% high 20% of grade
Physics - 80% top 25%
Chemistry - 80% top 25%
Computers - 65% 5/16

They started yesterday.

My english went okay.
Failed Chem today. Fail as in <30 hahahaha. . .
I mean HONESTLY WTF RECYCLING OF ALUMINIUM WHAAAA?

How do you extract the copper from its ore?
Burn it. Then set it on fire.

It comes to me now that setting something on fire IS burning it.

It's okay man, I'm going to be over the moon if I get more than 30% for legal. I failed that shit hard.

I don't think I failed the entire Eco exam, just the last essay and possible multiple choice. and um yeah my speech sucked but that's what happens when you start writing it two hours before you're due to present it. But I think I'll manage a pass because I'm great like that.

i got bset marks 87% in 2U maths 43% in english and below 30% in the rest cos i left at the 1 hour mark.

Yeah, I read over notes I downloaded from bos the night before for an hour, then on the 10 min walk to school i had printed off the stuff i have the most trouble with (cells mostly) and read over it.

cram cram cramity cram.

and i actually got 98 scabbed 2 marks.
