I'm 99% sure this is fake. Nasal delivery is apparently prohibited under various food standards (cGMP in the U.S for example). I will lose what little faith I have left in humanity if it turns out to be the real deal.

On a separate note, I just started drinking coffee before my workouts instead of a PWO. Less jittery, more "cleaner" energy though the downside is that you get less of a pump. I've realised that PWO's usually have too much caffeine for me.

I do not suggest any supplements to my friends. However, for me personally a cup of coffee 15-20 minutes prior to my exercise does the secret!
