Share with everyone your half-yearly study strategies and techniques, so all can benefit and try studying, this including me hehe :D, thanks ppl for your quality time :D

I'll share my study technique.

1. Make food and get a drink
2. Get comfortable.
3. Put some music on. Turn it up loud, so you can't hear outside noise that could cause a distractions.
4. Look at your closed textbooks/class notes.
5. Pull out a totally unrelated book, eg LotR, and read that instead. Or watch TV.

Worked for me, kids. It's a win/win situation.

^^My three ultimate enemies during HSC. Thats some good advice . . now to listen to it. hmmm well it seems im on bos atm so i think im failing already . . .

I don't use myspace, but MSN and BOS are killers. It's so hard to reach half a metre and turn the router off...

used to be an msn addict, now i've cut down so much its scary. hardly use it anymore.
BOS i used heaps in the holidays, still browse, and for those 2 seconds breathers i do reach over to the laptop and browse, but its not a killer for me :)

but stickin to my schedules are a bit problematic.

Pretty much whatever revision plan you have, that you know that works with you. Copying out notes, making notes, mind mapping etc. etc.

I'm going to attempt this whole breathing and not panicing thing this year...I'll let you know how it goes.
