Goddammit I was happy before I saw some of the marks here, omg! I'm really disappointed with English, I usually do so much better in it, but I panicked in the exam.

I got:

Ancient Hist: 88 (B5)
Modern History: 84 (B5)
PD/H/PE: 83 (B5)
English Adv: 78 (B4--disappointing. I stuffd that up)
Legal Studies: 76 (B4)

I am hoping for a UAI of 70-75. Hope I get it.

Don't worry too much :/

Have you done an estimate? Mine wasn't as bad as I thought it was. What do you need for your course?

I have dial up and so many people are estimating its gonna take forever for me to know.

It doesn't really matter though im going for a new double degree at UOW double degree in Journalism and arts...and i'm pretty much positive that a UAI like what i'll get wont get me into one of those 30 places.

Question, does anyone have a big difference in marks between exam and assessment? If so or if not does it mean anything if you do? For an example in legal studies i had a 7 mark difference

Your UAI will be around 68, just wait until tomorrow and see what it is.

Looks like there's extra criteria for that course anyway :)

You did better than me in Extension 2, I got 29. No idea how that happened, I'm considering contesting it because it's outrageous.

I remember looking at these forums from last year and imagining what it will be like when I get to write it them and be finished with my HSC for good.

English Advanced: 94. Band 6.
English Ext 1: 44. Band 3
English Ext 2: 43. Band 3.
Economics: 88. Band 5
Modern History: 88. Band 5.
Legal Studies: 94. Band 6.

I used SAM and it said 97.05. That made me pretty excited, though with the obvious level of inaccuracy due to the fact that it's based on the 2005 HSC, I'm not getting my hopes up just yet. So we'll wait and see.

Hope everyone is happy with their results.

(Now I know how it feels to post here. For me, the pleasure has been moderate.)

Yep, my life is fucked too.

Ancient History = 80,
Modern History = 76,
Business Studies = 74,
English = 69,
Maths General = 55

SAM's calculation, UAI = 50, fukin shit i need at least 60 for my last preference and 70 for my first. This majorly sux, it ruined everyhing for me.

lol, everyone is getting pwned by English (Advanced). I've only seen 1 band 6 for it on here so far, and that was a low band 6!

I wonder what's going on there?
