I'm interested in what peoples' opinions are on guys (or, if girls are into it, girls too, but it seems there's not quite the same numbers, so for practicality's sake I'm generalising) looking up porn while they're in relationships... more specifically, what you as a girlfriend (or, if you're a guy, what your girlfriend) think of it.
Understanding a bit of evolutionary theory makes understanding the dielemma a lot more logical and less emotive, but I'm sure you can imagine it even if you don't:
On one hand, its natural (even hardwired) for guys to want to spread their seed, so to speak. On the other, it could easily be seen as (at least bordering on) socially unacceptable.
I've known a girl who believed that porn in general is totally derogatory, and disliked it for its pure existance, regardless of whether guys look at it (this is one girl, but I assume that the belief could be more common than just to her). From there, others accept it exists and that guys look at it... as long as their boyfriend doesn't, it's not a threat to them. Then there are other girls who --truthfully or not-- accept it and attempt to understand (and be understanding) of guys who look at it, even if it's their boyfriend. From there I'd imagine there are some who get hurt but hide it, trying to ignore their natural reaction to it, while others might legitimately accept it (...but I've got no evidence the latter exists!).
Additionally, a quick conversation with MJ made me realise another aspect: that it's pretty common (in our experience) for girls to want to be... looked at, for lack of a better way of putting it. Doesn't mean they want to be slutty, but just that there's a desire to be desired... if you were in the position (for whatever reason might prevent you to, now) to star in these photos/videos/whatever, and be found attractive by whoever's watching them, would you become more accepting of guys --incl. your boyfriend-- seeking it out?

Most girls are opposed to it, usually with the argument "Why would they need that when they have me?". (Irony exists if they aren't even doing anything sexual with their boyfriends)
Anyway, girls need to understand that guys are much more sexual then them, and they need to accept that. Another thing, is for guys not to act wierd about it. We ARE sexual beings, don't fight who you are. Also, lieing to girls (even about this) is always a road to disaster.
