Points of Inflexion

ok so i've got myself all confused:

what are the requirements for a point of inflexion and a horizontal point of inflextion??

For horizontal point of inflexion:

Step 1: f ''(x)=0, and find any x-values for which this occurs. You always do this step first.

Step 2: Use second derivative test to test the point for concavity, OR the first derivative test and check gradient on both sides of point. You must do either test in step 2 in order to show that the point of inflexion is horizontal.
