if for example i find someones notes on 1984 and decide to use then including their anaysis, meaning that ill memorise them and in the HSC ill regurgetate it to answer the questions, can i get caught for plagarism? Because obviously i will not be able to memorise the notes word for word so they will not be direct plarism but im not sure.

no I don't think that's plagiarism. my teacher provided the class with full analysis of texts and if u were to read everybody's essays you'd find phrases or sentences that are the exact same, bcz we used the teacher's analysis. so I think you can regurgitate analysis from someone else but you can't do the same for whole essays (not like you could do that anyway, since questions are unseen)
