Well, just replying to the whole unit of education to recieve, I would actually pick 10 units of drama... OMG HEAVEN! I don't think I could ever get sick of drama, EVER!

But going back to the main point of "how your ip is going"... just for the record, mine is fine. I know it all, i know half of my movement (if you haven't picked up already, i'm doing performance) and it's based on Sally Bowles from Cabaret... I get to sing in it, so i'm happy!

english is not that bad carson! drama's just better.,.... thats all...
i finally feel that i might have something with my ip.. im constantly being told my "movements are great"... but my storyline?... eh..... even at this meeting, i was asked whether i was a dancer!how i was very physical and etc.... lol. notice the emphasis on the physical side and therefore what is being left unsaid? haha...
oh well.. at least im getting somewhere.. which is much more than what i can say for my ext2 project!

haha - dont worry, the physical attribute of performance is a mark getter - keep hammering that coz you seem 2 be good at it... perfect your movements... however, with this said, also work on your voice and storyline... you can be stonger in one aspect, but you need to be strong overall to get a good mark!

HONESTLY IM FURTHER THAN THE REST OF MY CLASS BUT BEHINF THE REST OF THE COUNTRY. IM DOING SYLVIA PLATH THE POET AND SO FAR I HAVE READ BOTH BOOKS AND RESEARCHED BEYOND THE LIMITS. I HAVE TO WRITE THE ENTIRE THING WHICH WILL BE DIFFICULT BUT HEY ITS ALL FUN AND GAMES... RIGHT...

im doing dario fo's FEMALE PARTS as my monologue... if u havnt read it, seriously its soooo funny. its like this loony woman with a doll and she thinks its a real baby - omg it cracks people up.... the only prob is, im tryna track down the full script in english, and i can only find it in italian (or at least i think iv found it in italian - i cant read italian to check lol) iv tried using some program to translate it, but it sounds completely wrong. and i dont know anyone who speaks italian.... so i have a friend in italy, and iv asked her to see if she can find the full script, in english for me.... but so far shes had no luck. I only have a 10 page english version thats an extract.... but yea anyways

i havent actually started practicing yet, just fiddling with the script i have to make it more performable for me..... y'kno, kinda personalise it..............

I've changed my idea a couple times already...and have prcticed various different things...

first I was doing a cut and paste of CELIA from "I Don't Know Who To Feel Sorry For" - John Romeril

then I wrote a couple myself...

Then I was going to do BOY from "The Spiders" - Ron Hamilton

Now i'm either doing a monologue from "BOMBSHELLS" - Joanna Murray-Smith or a BOMBSHELLS inspired piece...

Hahaha. That is so far out Fire Hydra. Yesterday, me and a few kids went down to Melbourne to see the Melbourne Theatre Company's production of BOMBSHELLS. So it's all fresh in my mind! Caroline O'Connor was amazing...she's so fit...very good at characters...

Which monologue are you thinking of doing...my favourite was either the Bride or Mary and the talent quest...SHAFT...lol...least favourite was the first one. The mother. Way too full on.

just come to haberfield or leichcart and choose a randomn person they are most likely fluent in italian or you can always write the rest
