Anyone knows how to do that question on p. 175, What-IF?

You are the marketing manager of a business and you are advising the board of director to switch from using polystyrene to paper, despite an increase in the costs of production.

Prepare a report to the board of directors explaining why you believe the change should be made. Outline the benefits of moving to paper packaging the potential risks of not changing.

Change should be made because it is environmentally friendly and will improve customer perceptions of the business and its products. Not moving holds the risk of a customer backlash - plus competitors might change first.
