out of medical physics and astrophysics, which is the more interesting? coz our teacher always taught astrophysics, but hes given a few hints that maybe there might be a slim chance of doing medical physics this year...
which ones better?

u think astro? mm i guess it could help with understanding the space topic.
we'll probably end up doing it anyway, but if we nagged hard enough he might change his mind. but is it worth it thats the thing..probably not

yes be a conformist and do quanta to quarks. you get to learn the standard model for no particular reason at all, and unrelated to anything else learned in the hsc, and dun forget the indepth analysis of the social economical impact of the manhattan project. but wait ytf are quantum mechanics introduced in the HSC to have a few random terms memorised like a cramming french vocabulary lists...

Space and astrophysics aren't that closely related. Space looks at rockets,satellites(sp?), projectile motion and relativity, while astrophysics basically looks at stars
