Opening .CAB files (1 Viewer)

Wondering if anyone knows how to open the "data.cab" files that are part of various programs. Windows only partially works in that it opens the file but it displays no contents inside. Win-Rar fails completely.

I think the data.cab files are encrypted in some way to protect them from people trying to crack them open for seedy operations. I don't know of any easy way to decrypt them though, so I can't help you more here.

Only standard CAB files, not Installshield CAB files (since they're encoded differently).
