I've accepted an offer which was my 1st preference, i placed my 1st offer as my 9th preference and re-arranged my whole offer list. I got an offer in the early feb round, was i elligible to do this as i placed my 1st preference which i accepted as my 9th preference for early feb round, just clarifying if this was legit or not, and i know im happy i got an offer in early feb round not many people do.

yeah, you can do that. since you've accepted ur first round offer, it doesn't matter if you put that in for next round or not.
