These specs sit the card just above a 6600 GT, which is currently the best value budget card that you can buy. The card sits toward the lower end of the mid range market, and should be able to handle anything you throw at it, provided anti-aliasing and anistropic filtering are both off and your resolution is 1024x768 or 1280x1024.
Simply put, it's a solid mid-range nVidia card.
