Notes on forum (1 Viewer)

I tried to dl the notes on the forums, but they seem to be some kina of error. Can someone upload them somewhere else?

The notes that has a important tag on it on the top of the forum page. It says

Those notes seem to be working, if your still having a problem report to a mod with a direct link to the notes you are having trouble with.
