Hello everyone,
I'm going to apply for both Manly and Normanhurst for year 11 2026 (currently year 10). My reports aren't great (only 3 A's and like a year average mark in maths, taking 5.3 extension) and I have basically no extra curriculars or awards, outside of DOFE and a few "commitment to improving" awards, which I don't think will be great. Thus, I need to basically bank on doing extremely good in the exams and need to know what's on Normanhurst and Manly's entrance exam. I'm relatively familiar with the Manly exam and it's structure, so mainly Normanhurst.
I've been told that Normanhurst maths is more focused on easy year 10 and 11 content, which I'm currently studying like >= 4hrs a day for, and the writing is just short answer and an extended response, I've been told it's basically equivalent difficulty to 3-4 marks in hsc exams.
If anyone has any other info on the exams that would be really appreciated
