Need Help, Integration? (1 Viewer)

Hey guys I need some help on this problem, if anyone can help me, its much appreciated.

Question 8 a is the one I'm having trouble with. I got the first two bits but the 'hence' part I have no idea how to do. I managed to do the integral getting Cos 5(theta) in terms of Cos (theta), however I did not use the earlier parts and therefore it wasn't 'hence'.

I laboured on for ages on that problem, and never thought of the sum and differences!! Still I reckon that question deserved more than 3 marks!
