Does anyone own or know a business that I can research for a business studies assignment? I'm interested in any business (not corporation) or franchise near baulkham hills or castle hill. Thanx for your help.

Choose a business you are interested in and go see them in person. Have a chat to the manager/owner and ask them if it is possible to use their business for your assignment and if they would be willing to assist you with information. Most will be willing to help you out.

I agree with this.
For my business analysis, I chose to do Ballards' Offroad in Penrith, for the reasons that 1) I love motorbikes and know a lot about them.
2) Ballards are family friends and were very willing to help out with whatever.

Is there any sport/hobby that you are interested in?
Also, make sure that the manager has time to answer questions/show you around etc, otherwise your project will suffer. You may as well be spending the time analysing a business that has time for you.
