im having trouble obtaining media resources, articles and journals based on legal cases for assessments (preferably based on struggle for legal justice faced by young people and children cause that's our focus group we're doing) . Other then SMH do any of you guys know where to find them?

ask your teacher for the legal studies association briefs, each school shouldhave them. those along with legal journals are invaluable resources, particuarly in the hsc, and also look to gain membership with the state library (its free) and then u can access their library of legal journals, and such the've even developed sections specifically for prelim and hsc legal studies. good luck!

You should be able to access some information over the net from the state library. Also try your local library as they usually have a law section with some info in it. Even our small town local library has something. They can also get stuff from other libraries. I'd try LIAC though as it has been really good.

Use the Australian for media articles, far better then SMH.
