to all the med ppl here did uz get in first shot or through the back doors n plz somone tell em wat do i do about the umat i fell scared with the notion of going in without any preperation



Ps please notify me of any backdoor/ easier way of getting into med ie possible transfers

yeah i got in through the back door
what I did was i hung out at RPA until dwyer went out for lunch
then I snuck in the back door and pretending to be a doctor
im still living that lie
im cool like that

i got in one shot.. offers 2 unis for med and 3 for dental
work hard- get like a UAI=100 makes things easier..
be happy, be social..-only ways to 'pass' interviews

transfers are a no-no.. med is integrated.. u do not get credits from transfer.. spend 3 yrs in a BSc course.. u will still do first year

There is no such thing as an easy way to get into medicine in Australia. Any way you look at it there's hard work and sleepless nights, endless study and all the horrors of a HD average.

That's folly. I did the UMAT without any preparation and I did just fine. Of course, now that I've already got one under my belt I should cane the next one.
