Hi,
I'm a mathematics tutor in the Blacktown Area with over 5 years of experience tutoring students both privately and in a class environment. I have been tutoring at North Shore Coaching College for 4 years, and have had over 100 private students.
My approach to teaching HSC students is to figure out what their needs are and structure the lesson in order to benefit them specifically, thus I am very flexible. I am friendly, approachable, and most importantly I enjoy doing what I do.
Unfortunately because of my busy time schedule, I do not travel to students homes. I conduct the lesson either at my house in Woodcroft or at Blacktown Library depending on the time and day of the lesson.
My rate is $40 per hour or $60 per 2 hours which is already quite low. I believe a tutor offering any less is either lacking experience or undervaluing themselves.
In 2005, I scored a UAI of 99.60 and the following HSC marks:
Math Ext 1: 97
I have just finished a degree in Mechatronic Engineering at UNSW and will be continuing my postgraduate studies to do Honours.
