i got the answers but dont noe where the units come fomr?

mass of hydrogen = 6.68*10-27 where di this come form?
mass of HE = 6.646 * 10-27 where did this come form?

mass defect is minus from those units
and E=mc2

Those units would be the mass of each atom in Kilos, if thats what your asking...
