I heard the other day on the radio she was looking at 9. Given her learning disabilities, do you think it's a fair sentance? What do you think about this case?

Does it trivialise prison abuse and America's good name for such a small sentance to be given out, or is it taking into consideration her mental state and abilities?

3 years fair or not? Depends on how she gets treated in those 3 years.

It would be fair if they let some other fucktard strip her naked, drag her around on a dog leash and force her to suck some prisoner's cock. After all that's what she did when she was in charge. :uhhuh:

Unless her alleged learning difficulties make it impossible for her to associate action and consequence I do not see a reason for them to mitigate her sentence. Personally I would have like her sentence to have been longer and maybe include community service/counselling/etc.

If you are pathetic and weak enough to surrender then you deserve to be treated horribly.

Allowing yourself to be captured is also pathetic and weak and also deserves bad treatment.

As long as they aren't being tortured or killed then I have no problem with the other stuff.
