i was doing one of those swim school things last yr where we (as yr12's) are supposed to teach the 9's to swim (so ghey, so very very ghey)

I reckon a main cause of skanky kids would have to be exposure to imappropriate media. Like, you see so much sex on TV and alot of parents will let their kids to just watch that. When i was little, my dad always changed the channel if the show or TV ad got remotely sexy, but on the other hand i had a friend who's parents didn't care if she watched like "sex life" and thsi was when she was in P.S. and well... she was a skanky little gurl. Those were NOT rosy cheeks of innocence.
