Traditionally History.

It is a good idea to have two subjects as it helps you get a job and you never know when having a different subject to teach can keep you fresh e.g. this year I have a Geography class that will break up the History load.

I've been told by many people (a lot of teachers) that English goes hand in hand with History as far as making you more desirable when looking for work. I've already decided those are my 2.
