Did anybody else recieve a letter from newcastle uni?

it says stuff like - congradulations on your uai
- we would be proud if you choose to accept an offer to study at newy
- and suggested that you look in to scholarships

i havent had to specify type of engineering or what im doing with it yet

which is good cause i havent decided

could it be coz i applied for med and its not up to me whether or not i get to go there??
i got one from sydney though, that made me feel special

yeah I got one of those letters too (my uai was 98.2... by the way its worded so that it seems to suggest it only gets sent to people with "high uai's"). The wierd thing is my first newcastle preference is like 4 and theres no way I'm changin my preferences to stay in newcastle for uni next year haha

its even worse for those like me who applied for MRS. Half interview, half UAI based. I have no freaking idea if im gonna make it

MRS? when do you find out? same as everyone else?

yeah offers are made in the main round, i just hope not many people applied, or have terrible interview skills

I got a 96.25

Does anyone know if there are any scholarships which still allow you to defer your studies at some stage?

All the scholarships ive found seem to prevent you from doing so.

I blitzed the interview, which is a shame becasue i dont think i'm going to do the course anymore.
