The first english really really sucked - the first and 3rd section were fine it was just the 2nd i didn't read the q and wrote a narrative rather than crappy journal entries

well i have 9 exams over 2 weeks, that includes 5 hours of maths, and a chemistry prac test on cation and anion identifications, its gonna be tough
I have 9 too, plus a chem prac and a physics prac.

Is anyone else's practicals worth more than the trial exam? Because my pracs are worth 30% each and my trial only 20%

section 1 for me was the easiest.... cuz i really didnt like one of my modules.. so paper 2 was worse than paper 1.

however, if you do prepare for english (quotes + themes + techniques) and know how to structure an essay on the spot.. then u shouldnt do too bad.

just one thing to keep in mind, everyone is cramming, so dont think to urself that ur behind, cuz most likely the majority of pplz are with u :p

There's too much stuff happening all at once. Trials, majors, etc.

i did crap on paper1 but did ok on paper2... :(

religion was fun. (i'm dropping it so it was easy. i made up everything and didn't study either).

economics was kinda hard. the stimulus essay was crap because i didn't get to finish.

next week will be maths (4u + 3u) over 2 days and then biology.
sweet.

now i'm going to have lunch and back to the books. got to start revising the much needed maths4u. :p

I think my good (predicted mark) for Paper 1 will be cancelled out by my crap (predicted) mark for Paper 2. :D

I though that the King Lear Q's was awful, so many guys from my school (Private) though that it was really left-field. Paper 1 was fine, covered like 6 texts in that final response - feel so proud. :)

Our teacher warned us about it, guess it was our own fault. :(

I.P.T tomorrow, better cram hard today.

Nah. There are just no other Trials threads.

My PIP was alright. Nothing special. Band 5 material, maybe. Yours?

english paper 2... what the hell was with the king lear question, i didn't have a feminist reading, didn't really focus on the women in my study, so i didn't have any really good quotes which related to it [my fault i know] ..i'd be lucky if i got more than 5 out of twenty for the king lear essay..erk
the question was much more specific than i expected it to do be...

oh well religion and english down only chem, ancient, bio and art... and a major work to go... yay
