ughhhh idk I’m rlly stressed rn cause I was chill the whole day and did nothing till like 8 ik I have early entry but I still feel like I need to try bc I know I can get well above 90 and I won’t let legal put me down. I’m planning on memorising my consumer essay plan by 12 and than wake up at 5 memorise family by 7 and then js revise hr and crime hopefully

Wait what are you consumer and family essay plans on?? Do u only have one. Rn for family im just doing law reform one and legal and non legal. And for world order my other option i only am doing legal/non legal. Anyone pls lmk if thats okay or if if im cooked??? Also guys for crime my essay plans r all only on themes and challenges ? and for human rights what should i review assuming i basically know nothing. I’m willing to pull an all nighter because I literally need to get a 90 on this test internally I’m ranked super high but I did so badly on maths. I need to make up for it.

I’m so scared hopefully it’s not law reform I’m praying law reform for my other option but if it’s family I’m cooked

guys my teacher said that worst case scenario for law reform you can talk about anything bc back when it was introduced it was an example of the law reforming.
idk if this is universally considered right by hsc markers, but she did mark int he hsc before and i did it for a para in my assessment and got full marks?

I think you’re good I only have 1 essay for both consumer and family and both of them are super general essays on all the contemporary issues so I’m super cooked if it’s anything too specific lol (like legal or non legal) but since there’s 2 options hopefully not. For crime umm I HAVENT really done anything honestly k was planning on fucking that and getting 5/15 or smthng cause usually I get full marks in both options so that’ll balance out I think sleep at least 4 hours it’s so important

Lol I dedicate so much exam time for them both and spend like 10 mins on crime it’s so bad but genuinely my general essays are both 1300 and it’s really easy for me to adapt w most questions so it has worked out perfectly in all my internals

like i have lots of reform in all of my contemporaries but in a broad holistic theres not much

For e.g 2022 Optus and Medibank breaches —> public outrage NEED for reform —> Privacy and other legislation amendment act 2024 and then talk about other criteria like time and achieving justice

for consumers most of it will just be that the penalties under the acl for the contemporary issues are insufficient in deterring larger corporations which is easy to find a lot of info on
