I have an assignment due for legal studies...
One of the questions is:

With reference to workplace law; Evaluate the effectiveness of the processes and mechanisms of change in the legal system.

I would really appreciate if anyone would be able to help me at all??

I'd say look at the last part of the workplace syllabus - Law Reform.

Talk about things such as:

• Agencies of reform

1. Law reform commissions
2. Parliament
3. Courts

• Processes

1. Legislation
2. Common law
3. IRC decisions

That'd be a start. Look at the syllabus though and see what else might fit in.

hey, i just finished an assessment very similar to yours,
It got 23/25 and can be written in 40 minutes if you write quite fast
