My friend in 3rd year was wondering if you are able to do law subjects such as LR, LPH and Criminal Law as electives in the B Bus degree.

I told him you can do the Foundations of Law sub but he wants to do that and other law subjects.

Would anyone know if he has a chance. He e-requested but he hasnt got a reply?

Any help would be appreciated

Well from my understanding, the "free" electives in the BBusiness (like the 4 spare electives you can get if you only do a 2nd sub-major) can be anything from the university. So, in theory, you should be able to do those law subjects, but you might have to wait until all the law students have enrolled. So see how the e-Request goes.

In terms of substituting an overlapping Business subject (ie. where a subject is the same in both of your majors), I believe you can only substitute a Business subject.
