Don't listen to him.

You should all definitely come. :D

It's at the NSW Academy of Sport again this year, with plenty of subsidised alcohol and a few extra surprises thrown in. Don't miss your chance to party and make heaps of friends - it's great going back to uni after law camp and knowing everyone else who went away.

Asquithian is tame. Law camp isn't. ;)

It's worth going; my highlights:

- watching the eating competition (cheering your team-mate while they scoff down a tasty brew of codliver oil, orange juice, peanut butter, milk, lard, and other many other nasties in one go is a once in a life time opportunity!)
- rolling the dice on who you'll meet, like a lucky dip
- trivia, including drinking games
- unlimited alcohol
- yes you heard correctly
- watching a mock courtroom interrogation & signing up for mooting :)
- being found drunk one night in someone else's bed muttering slurred poetry
- archery (running around quickly + shooting arrows as fast as you can = lawsuit waiting to happen... and is entertaining)
- being free to do whatever activities you want
- being close to my place (5-10 min drive) :)

Bad things:
- feeling sick
- missing breakfast :(

And just how "subsidised" is the alcohol? How are cabins/roomates allocated?

The alcohol is so subsidised that it will be completely free for everyone who attends. :D

You'll be put in groups of 10, and will share a cabin (five double bunk beds) with your group. You were asked to cite the names of two friends who you'd prefer to be grouped with when you registered - so, we'll endeavour to fulfill those preferences first. Beyond that, transfers should be with transfers, graduates with graduates, and everyone else with people who are taking the same secondary degree.
